  Slack is an app-based communication tool that we utilize for all our restaurants. Communication is paramount to our teams being successful. Slack is fast, and organized in "channels" that allow us to send information to groups of employees within the company in real time. 

After you have been hired you will receive an invite to join the workspace.

BARSMARTS: All FOH staff are required to take the BarSmarts Basics online course, and anyone working on the bar must also take the BarSmarts Professional course. 

To sign-up: Go to www.barsmarts.com, click on the “Register” button and do the following:

· Enter the requested information

· If registering, enter promo code TWKCSMARTS on the “Checkout” screen.

· No payment info is needed to register for either program.

· You start with the basics module. Once the test is completed in "basics"  it will allow you to move to "professional"

You have 60 days to complete the program and two chances to pass each of five tests. Your certificate will be automatically emailed to you once you successfully pass the Drink Builder final exam. You also receive $100 upon completion of your required course.

You MUST complete BarSmarts to be eligible for your positions full tip pool percentage

 Full time employees are eligible to sign up for health insurance through Aetna after after 60 days of employment. Full time is considered working an average if over 30 hours a week.
