Team Service
We believe that working together always creates the best experience for our teams and our guests. All our locations operate as team service establishments. At each location all tips are divided evenly per hour throughout the pay period. The more hours you work the more you will make. Because of the way we share, we also share the responsibilities of the guests and service. The words “that’s not my section” or “that’s not my job”, are never spoken. We are a community that works together and therefore thrives together.
PART OF A COMMUNITY
To be a great neighborhood restaurant, we must become an integral part of our neighborhoods and make our communities a better place because we are there. We hope to see the same faces over and over again be able to call people by name and learn their preferences.
Each of our restaurants highlight the bountiful resources found in and around the surrounding region, including wine, meat and produce. Our farmers and vendors are the backbone of our restaurants. We take pride in serving only the freshest and highest quality local ingredients. Along with numerous local farms, we rotate vendors depending on the season to always serve what is fresh and seasonal. Getting to know the names and stories of our farmers is an important part of who we are.
Quality does not have to be stuffy or boring. Through constant evolution and progress we strive not only to be a quality neighborhood restaurant, but also one that receives national acclaim. The success of our restaurants are based on the principles of honest hospitality and high quality products.
